We are thrilled to be dyeing these Rainbow Mini Braids for the Jenkins Spindles Challenge.  You get to choose between two different fibers. 

The first is 100% Bluefaced Leicester (BFL) wool.  BFL is our favorite all-around wool.  It is a soft, silky fiber that is great for beginning spinners or basically anyone who wants a nice, easy spin.  It had a longer staple length and drafts very smoothly.  It also has a nice sheen and drape. 

The second is an 80% Polwarth/20% Silk blend.  It is extremely soft and spins up like butter.  If you are wanting to try out a luxury fiber blend, this one is perfect for beginning and experienced spinners alike.  Did I say it takes color beautifully?  Yes, it could possibly be the most perfect blend of fibers. 

Note on shipping:  We are dyeing these mini braid sets to order and will be shipping within one week of purchase.  Please give yourself time to receive the braids before the challenge starts by ordering early.  We are happy to ship internationally, too.
