Polwarth is a soft, easy-to-spin wool that is quite popular among spinners and felters alike.  It is a breed that originated about 100 years ago and is a cross between Merino and Lincoln.  It is next-to-skin soft with a nice loftiness to the wool.  Polwarth also felts nicely.

This colorway was a test dye.  We have only six of them, so if you like it, get all you need.
