We are well-known for our dyed luxury fibers and this 50/50 Bleached Yak/Mulberry Silk is what started it all.  Yak can be compared to cashmere in softness.  If you want something truly unique for your next project, you will want to play with this!

This blend does not felt, but some felters use it as a thin layer on top of a wool base.

Please note that the Bleached Yak/Silk will come unbraided in a nice bag that can sit flat.  It's really nice to spin directly out of the bag!

Lily of the Valley is part of our Birth Flower series and will only be dyed in May.  Once it is gone we won't be dyeing it again until next year.
