We are thrilled to offer Shaniko wool, a 100% USA grown and processed wool.  It is mostly a Merino wool that may have some Rambouillet in it, too.  This batch of wool is an extremely fine 19.2 micron that almost melts in your hands.  Yes, it is really that soft.  It will spin into a very soft and lofty yarn.

Shaniko wool is certified under the Responsible Wool Standard that ensures wool comes from farms that treat sheep humanely, manage land responsibly, and track the wool through the supply chain to the final product.  It is also a NATIVA-certified wool that is fully traceable wool produced under high animal-welfare and sustainable farming standards.
